How It Works (General)
  1. Wrap: Place cuff on the upper arm, align artery marker, and inflate using the bulb.
  2. Listen: Place a stethoscope on the brachial artery.
  3. Read: Slowly release air with the valve; note the gauge reading when you first hear heartbeats (systolic) and when they stop (diastolic).
